This is very mind-blowing book, with experiences of dinosaur-ridden excavation tours and evolutionary theories that remind us how small and new to the world we are.

        The author's tone of speaking is also very down-to-earth while enlightening, which enable the reading experience exhilarating as well as entertaining. A must read for dinosaur lovers and enthusiasts.

 

        This is a very heart-breaking, yet inspiring journey through time and events.

        Through the intertwined stories of two generations, the author tells a story that is both entertaining and intriguing. The readers might even be shocked to find out that most of the storyline is based on a true social news story.

        With this book, readers may find a new meaning to life and family, as well as humanity.
A must read for those who are seeking to find any of the above.

 

           

         很特別的一本書。書的主題會讓人聯想到卡夫卡的變形記。主角某天做了個夢後，就變成素食者，書中的意象也充滿了植物變身相關的內容：彩繪人體、胎記、倒立模擬樹等等。

         在主角逐漸徹底物化（跳脫舊角色？）的路上，身邊的既有關係也分崩離析。看來平淡無奇的對話與角色，其實充滿著寓意與黑暗。也難怪作者會得到諾貝爾文學獎了。

 

           分門別類很易讀的懷舊時光選集。雖然作者已過世，但仍能想見她在引經據典時認真又扼要的姿態。也幫助了解台灣百多年來的時光推展。對於想了解自己島嶼風土民情的人們來說十分值得一看。對於身為新時代台灣女性的讀者來說，應該更心有戚戚焉。十分推薦一讀。

 

      

          快速閱讀完本書。比想像的好閱讀。雖然情境營造得很夢幻，但結局是有點令人小失望。主要是前面所營造的主軸令人產生不少的期待，在情節鋪陳到最後的時候顯得有點頭重腳輕，甚至有點不知所云。可能是作者想表達的意境？還是覺得村上村樹其他類似主題的書：1Q84、世界末日與冷酷異境、刺殺騎士團長等等，都比較有扎實的世界對比與情節拓展。不論如何，村上的情境營造是一流的倒是無庸置疑。如果以一本令人期待度頗高的書（等了三個月以上的書才輪到）來說，倒是有點稍嫌可惜了。

        相當有趣的平面圖殺人小說。搭配讓人想到金田一的傳說梗，更令人覺得在毛骨悚然感之際，有種特殊的娛樂效果。作者布置的幾個房子與人物交錯進行的劇情十分引人入勝。讓人愛不釋手，一直閱讀。是別出心裁的類型小說。期待第二集的內容！
